ZLD System Components
Inovar’s Zero Liquid Discharge systems (ZLD Plant) combine multiple advanced technologies to recover, purify, and solidify every drop of wastewater leaving behind no liquid discharge.
- Ultrafiltration (UF) - Removes suspended solids, organics, and bacteria protects downstream RO membranes.
- Reverse Osmosis (RO) System - Concentrates dissolved salts and recovers up to 75–85% of clean water.
- Desalination Unit - Treats high-salinity brine or seawater to produce process-grade water.
- Evaporators - Further reduces RO reject by evaporating the remaining water, converting it into condensate for reuse.
- Crystallizer - Solidifies dissolved salts from the evaporator reject, enabling safe disposal or reuse of solids.
- Sludge Handling System - Collects and dewaters sludge for safe, compliant disposal.
